Tax Law Changes Affecting Closely-Held Businesses:

A Big To-Do, Or Much Ado About Nothing?

Join us as we get some much needed answers from two local experts:

  • Julie Bradlow - Tax Parnet at Milazzo Webb Law, PLLC
  • Ann Clausen, CPA Daniel Ratliff & Company

Topic Description: This program will provide an overview of recent changes to the tax laws affecting closely-held businesses in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 and other legislative and regulatory guidance.  Our panelists will highlight the planning opportunities in those tax law changes, as well as the traps for the unwary.  Attendees should be able to leave this session with a few answers – or a few questions for their tax advisors! – regarding the potential benefits to them from these new laws.

Parking at Byron's

There's a lot of construction work happening around Byron's. Here are a couple of parking options for you to choose from!
1- There are metered spots along Camden. The meters take credit cards too. We can not validate this - you will be on your own to cover the cost if you park here. The meters stop charging at 5pm.
2 - You can park in the deck for FREE - walk up Thompkins Alley and then enter left into Byrons. Bring in your ticket for validation.
3 - Pay to park flat lot. This lot is closer - but will cost $5 and we have no way to validate.
