Establish Your Social Media Presence

By now, most people are well aware of the major social media players and their importance to businesses. But if you’re a newcomer to working with these platforms and not sure how best to begin, or are only familiar with a couple of these, this workshop is for you.

Establish Your Social Media Presence will give you tangible takeways for social media that you can apply to your business right away.  Attendees will get step-by-step instruction on setting up business profiles on Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and Google.  Participants will also learn how to use their own business portals on each platform to take advantage of the platforms’ available analytical tools. Bring a laptop, as this is a highly hands-on seminar.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to claim or create your profile on Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and Google
  • The use of dashboards and pages to obtain customer information and engagement
  • Ways to respond to customer reviews, both good and bad
  • Tips on creating a marketing calendar, stories and check-in offers
