Presenter:  Jake Butler

Jake specializes in residential and commercial real estate. After spending considerable time as a school teacher, he was able to take a part-time venture in real estate and make it full time by investing successfully. He has found much of his success by navigating the foreclosure, short sale, and REO market. This is in addition to the property management and real estate sales division of his founding company, JB & Associates.   Soon, Jake will also be a published author with his book entitled, “From the Bottom to the Top: How I went from being a school teacher to owning over $1 million in assets; all while managing a chronic illness”.  Jake attended the University of Miami for his Bachelor’s Degree, and George Mason University for his Masters. He has been a SCORE volunteer for over 4 years.
