Below Grade Waterproofing Technical Seminar:
In recent years there has been a change with respect to how municipalities are requesting developers and building owners manage storm water and/or ground water accumulating on private property. More often, municipalities are requesting that ground water be managed on site, and where practical, provide a water tight structure without ground water discharge into the municipal sewer works. This is a significant change since traditionally foundation walls are drained structures, with a foundation wall drainage system connected to the municipal service. This change is having an impact on how buildings are designed and constructed.
The Sealant and Waterproofing Association is proud to provide its members, and the building community at large, with an informative educational seminar on the impact this change may have on the industry. Our technical seminar will include a panel of experts:
The panel will provide their perspective on how this change impacts the design and construction of buildings in our community.
Please join us for this informative seminar.
