Homemade Pasta, Sauce & Pesto
There’s nothing better than homemade pasta, delicious, easy to make red sauce and seasonal pesto to nosh on any time of the year! A great couple’s project or dinner party theme, it’s more fun to make homemade pasta together. Once you’ve tasted pasta from scratch and see how easy it is to make, it will be hard to go back to the box. In this hands on class, Mary Weaver, owner of Newport Cooks will teach us to make Fettuccine, Farfalle and Ravioli. In addition we’ll whip up a flavorful red sauce and homemade pesto using seasonal fresh greens and herbs. We’ll taste everything we make and taste wines to compliment the menu.
