COOKING CLUB SESSION 6: Germany ~ Land of Oktoberfest! Wednesday, October 24 6:00-8:30pm

In this NEW adult cooking club series, led by Chef Deja Hart, we will cook, bake and experiment with ingredients, spices and preparation methods from countries around the world! *Suitable for cooks of all levels. All you need is a passion for food, sharing ideas and a love of cooking. We will enjoy everything we make together, accompanied by wine tastings.

How it works: Sign up for any Cooking Club class that peaks your interest. At your first class you will receive a Newport Cooks Club Card. Each time you take a club class your card will be punched. After 5 classes you will receive a free Newport Cooks Embroidered Apron; and after every 10th class you will get 1 class FREE!

Session 6: Germany ~ Land of Oktoberfest! Join the fun as we make traditional German Specialties such as Cheese Spaetzle, Homemade Sauerkraut, Beef Rouladen with Knodel (Beef rolled with Bacon, Onions, Pickles & Mustard with Bread Dumplings) and Traditional Apple Strudel. We will also enjoy a beer tasting!

Please Note: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our cooking club classes.
