She has been in this role for the last 6 plus years, advising clients accross the county.  David Freshwater is the President of The Freshwater Group and Chairman of the Watermark Team. The Freshwater Group is the acquisition, finance, design and development arm of Watermakr Retirement Communities, one of the nation's largest operators of senior living communities. Since 1985 David Freshwater has been engaged in the development, acquisition, and management of retirement communities, nursing homes, and home health care agencies across the nation.
