 You are cordially invited to our 5th annual Taste of the Holidays 5 course food and wine pairing! Guests will enjoy a delicious 5 course holiday meal, perfectly paired with our amazing wines.  Bruce Patenaude and Bill Jock will be entertaining at both seatings. Menu: Theme- All Things North Country!

Appetizer-Cranberry and Pecan Baked Brie served with apples and a cranberry Jingle Juice shooter. Prosecco and vodka to make the holiday merry!

Salad: Holiday Honey Crisp Salad is full of flavor and texture, with fresh apple slices, crunchy toasted pecans, chewy dried cranberries, blue cheese, and a tangy-sweet apple cider vinaigrette.

Soup: Our Famous French Onion Apple soup. Layers of carmelized onion, roasted apple, apple cider and baby swiss adorn this baked delight.

Entrée: Stuffed, bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with roasted honey crisp apples and maple glaze. Accompanied by maple glazed root vegetables

Dessert: carmelized apple flower tart with maple wine ice cream.
