Demystify cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets!

You’ll not only learn what cash flow, P&L, assets, liabilities, depreciation, and other terms mean, but you’ll be able to create versions for your business by the time you leave. No kidding! • How to use these statements to forecast the health of your business and in a business plan to help secure a loan

• When to do your own financials and when to hire someone to do them
• How to account for costs such as employees, including their taxes
• How to make sure you have enough money in the bank after you open your doors
