IECRM State of the Industry Dinner
& Board of Directors Elections


This annual business event brings together the full spectrum of members for a State of IECRM and State of the Industry presentation, and the Board of Directors elections. 

CEO Marilyn Akers Stansbury, along with other key speakers, will recognize notable accomplishments of our industry during the year and address important challenges the industry and region faces, as well as business opportunities in the upcoming year. 

This annual event will be held once again at the historic Wellshire Inn and Event Center (centrally located on South Colorado Boulevard). Guests will be welcomed to cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and signature cocktails, allowing time to connect with industry colleagues and take in the ambiance and nostalgia of Denver's Historic Wellshire Inn. During the steak dinner, members will hear brief speeches from the 2019-20 Board of Director nominees and then be invited to cast their vote if they have not voted online. 

In order to make the most of this event, please plan ahead for traffic delays. There is plenty of parking with 2 large parking lots.

  • Cabernet Poached Pear: with Honey Gorgonzola on a Baguette Crisp
  • Mini Maryland Crab Cakes: made with lump Blue Crab drizzled with Red Pepper Aioli Sauce

  • Filet Mignon: Marinated in red wine, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic & herbs, then grilled & topped with a light rosemary & garlic demi-glace.

  • Colorado Honey Glazed Salmon: Marked on the grill and finished in the oven, garnished with grilled sweet corn and fresh handcut sweet peppers. Roasted red potatoes, hand tossed in Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper and hand chopped fresh rosemary. Served with seasonal
    Colorado vegetables.

  • Roasted Stuffed Pepper *Vegan: Roasted Pepper stuffed with herbed quinoa, accompanied with roasted vegetables, coated with Imported extra virgin olive oil, and drizzled with balsamic reduction.

  • Roasted Fingerling Potatoes: Delicate fingerling potatoes, hand tossed in extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, paprika, and hand chopped fresh rosemary. Roasted to perfection.
