PBA 2019 Marketplace Registration Now Open!

The Pennsylvania Bus Association's 2019 Marketplace group leader show's registration is now open! Marketplace will be begin on March 26, 2019 with set-up, and March 27, 2019 as the exciting event day at the UTZ Arena at York Expo, York, PA. Won't you join us to visit with almost 1,000 group leaders arriving on 24 beautiful PBA member motorcoaches looking for places to travel in 2019!  This is a great opportunity to bring buses and large groups to your location.

PBA would like to recognize the York County Convention & Visitors Bureau for their generous partnership with the 2019 Marketplace and all the background and on-site assistance they provide PBA to make Marketplace such a success.  With FAMs, volunteers to greet buses, exhibitor breakfast, multiple booths for their member partners.......Thank you!

BOOTH RATES The current lowest booth rate expires on December 31, 2018.  Highest rate opens on January 1, 2019 and is available through Marketpace.  NOTE to non-PBA member companies:  How about becoming a member to take advantage of the lower PBA booth rates.  Copy of PBA Travel Supplier Membership Application can be found HERE

EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES - A MUST FOR A SUCCESSFUL MARKETPLACE.  PBA requests that all exhibitors review the Guidelines established that includes such items as A/V, what booth includes, decorations, group leader sign-ups, etc.  GUIDELINES

CONVENTION & VISITOR BUREAUS.  For the 2019 Marketplace Directory, a CVB page will be added which will include all your partners in your purchased booths.  PBA wants to make sure the group leaders and motorcoach operators know in advance of the great partners and travel opportunities you will be sharing with them at the 2019 Marketplace!

HOST HOTEL INFORMATION.  PBA has once again selected the Wyndham Garden York Hotel located on 2000 Loucks Road, York, PA as the Marketplace host hotel. Reservations can be made by calling 717-846-9500, #1 reservations.  Please make reference to the PA Bus Association's 2019 block of rooms.  Rate is $139 which is the same as last year.  SEMINAR FOR THOSE NEW IN THE GROUP TRAVEL INDUSTRY - Available Soon!  PBA's very popular "Investing in the Motorcoach Industry: Increasing Your ROI" Seminar is coming back and is scheduled all day Tuesday, March 26, 2019.  This seminar includes a trip to a motorcoach company to see how they do business on a day-to-day business and how they interact with travel suppliers.  The committee has been established and are reviewing relevant topics for those new in the motorcoach and group travel industry.  PLUS, this seminar will qualify for the American Bus Association's CTIS credits which is very important to those seeking this designation.  Watch your emails for the announcement when registration is open.
