Knife Skills 101 - Friday December 28th 12pm 2018 

Instructor: Chef Rhonda Kite

The foundation of all great culinary skills begin with proper knife technique. 

This is a hands on workshop and will focus on knife selection, proper use and maintenence, safety and uniform cutting technique.


Our Menu:

Learn to cut items into a consistent shape and form

Learn slicing, dicing, mincing, supreme, chiffonade and julienne - all the french cuts

Understand knife handling & safety

Enjoy a simple meal at the end of class using the ingredients  created by you!


$65 Per Person
