CCEMT-P is designed to prepare Paramedics and Nurses to function as members of a critical care transport team. Developed by UMBC, the program attempts to bridge the gap between pre-hospital and hospital care. The result is a specialized care provider with both understanding and ability to care for the critical patients during transport.
This course will begin on July 14, 2019 and will run everyday until July 27, 2019 (14 days). Students are required to sit through the course in it's entirety to qualify for the Final Exam.
Text will be provided on the first day of course along with multiple presentation assessment quizzes and exams at no additional cost to the student.
Paramedic requirements: Recommended minimum of one (1) year as a paramedic and an active license.
Nurse requirements: Recommended minimum of one (1) year as a nurse and an active license.
An optional Cadaver Lab will be hosted during the course. This may be subject to change due to availability of the lab. If cancelled, the lab will be replaced with a CC Skill's Lab.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up to 10 days prior to the strat of the course with a 20% penalty for administrative cost. After 10 days, no refunds shall be granted.
