10.11.18 The Basics of Homeownership-HUD 

This free educational seminar is designed to introduce REALTORS and real estate agents to the tools and programs that are available to help low and moderate-income families achieve homeownership.   Participants will learn about federally-backed mortgage insurance programs, affordable financing options, down payment assistance, pre- and post-purchase counseling resources, and other tools and programs offered by federal, state and non-profit agencies.  By increasing your knowledge of homeownership programs that target this market segment, you’ll have the opportunity to better serve clients and expand your business.
