  • The CE fee is due for cancellations made after the reservation deadline.  (You may send a substitute in your place.)  Member substitutes pay the rate you would have paid if you had attended including your late fees.
  • Meals & timely service not guaranteed for late registrants, late arrivals or walk-ins
  • Program, speakers & meals are subject to change                
  • PDSC charges $5 to bill for CE meeting fees upon request, for unpaid late fees and no-shows.
  • No-shows, including guests, are billed
