It will equip and inspire you to improve outcomes for job seekers and career changes at ALL LEVELS... including those making major career changes or facing significant barriers.
 

What You Learn

Come learn a proven system for trouble-shooting a client's progress so you can quickly assess what's working (and what's not) then respond with laser focus to move them forward, including practical strategies for:

  • discovering an individual's motivation and helping them capitalize on it in their job search and career,
  • quickly clarifying a person's career direction and next job target,
  • finding and mobilizing proof of qualifications, even for people who are making a dramatic change or have never been paid to do the job,
  • removing the things that get them screened-out from job interviews and offers,
  • preparing a individualized, modern job search strategy that gets them directly to decision-makers,
  • ... and a framework to do it all well and quickly. 
The lessons will equip and inspire you to improve outcomes for people who remain unemployed or stuck despite our robust job market.
