State Drum Corps Training - Dec 7-9, 2018 

REGISTRATION FEE
Early bird fee is $10 per participant thru Dec. 2, 2018. After Dec. 2 the cost price is $15.00 per participant.

STAFF: 

Staff attending should ONLY include Club Director, Assistant Director, Cooks, and one or two supporting adult figures which can include your local church pastor. (5-6 people max)

If your staff would like to be trained they must pay the regular fee. 

Staff members are free, but still need to register.  We need an accurate head count, because the camp charges for each person attending.

ALL staff MUST be background check compliant. Please email the following event specific check list to Marina.Acevedo@floridaconference.com by Wed. Dec. 5.

LODGING
Your group is more than welcome to tent camp.  Please bring the necessary food and equipment needed for camping.  You may also call to reserve housing directly with Pine Lake Retreat, at (386) 454-1351.

Drum Instructors will be housed in the Bambi Lodge.

If reserving housing at Pine Lake, remember that you will need to bring your own linens, as they are not provided in any of the housing units.
