Join us October 16 when Peter Myers, partner in San Francisco / Los Angeles firm Fox Rothschild, will present: The Alphabet Soup of Advanced Trusts, Administering the Trust.  Peter will provide an overview and drill down on advanced trust administration process and tax issues from A-Z.

Peter, member of the CA & NV bar, is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate by the St. Bar of CA. Peter’s practice includes high net-worth tax and wealth planning, trust and estate law and administration, federal estate and gift tax planning, fiduciary litigation, and business succession.

Peter has authored numerous publications on estate planning and trust administration including in Trusts and Estates Magazine, WealthCounsel, National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, and he is executive editor of the book Business Succession Planning: Strategies for California Estate Planners and Business Attorneys, published by Continuing Education of the Bar-California. He was an adjunct faculty member at Golden Gate University, and The Wealth Strategies Institute at Michigan State University, where he taught stock options planning. Among other awards, Peter was named  “Northern California SuperLawyers” by San Francisco magazine (2004-2017);  “Top 100 Lawyers” in the U.S. by The Robb Report/Worth Magazine (2005-2006); and Business Succession Attorney of the Year by Lawyers' Monthly magazine in 2013.
