CPI’s new blended eLearning option combines online and classroom experiences to deliver a flexible learning program. This innovative training teaches the same proven skills, supports the same principles, promotes the same philosophy and adheres to the same quality standards as traditional Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training. The difference is in the delivery.
How it Works
The Flex ONLINE Experience:
The Flex experience starts by completing the online portion of the course. The online portion introduces the basic concepts of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training.
The Flex CLASSROOM Experience:
During the classroom experience, participants will learn how to apply the knowledge from the online portion to their unique environments. The classroom is also where participants learn the following training techniques:
