Southwest Dispatch as teamed up with CHeKT for Visual Verification of Alarms! CHeKT is a video monitoring product and platform that is now fully integrated with the Southwest Dispatch Center (SWD). The CHeKT Bridge is a hardware device that allows a professional security integrator to "bridge" any alarm panel to any ONVIF compliant camera or recorder. It introduces video to a SWD operator anytime an alarm signal is received.

The Bridge sits in-line on any alarm detection loop. (See wiring options here.) When the detector is tripped, the alarm inputs on the Bridge record pre and post-alarm video of the event and it’s immediately available to an operator. 

When the alarm panel delivers the signal, and a SWD Operator is ready to process the alarm, the CHeKT Portal is waiting for the Operator to view the video. SWD’s automation platform will simply launch the CHeKT Monitoring portal, requiring no extra steps to be taken by the operator.

So often dealers install alarm panels and surveillance systems that don’t provide any additional RMR or security value to a monitored alarm panel.  With the Bridge you can now turn an alarm panel and video system into a single visual verified security solution, starting at a cost of only $4.99/month to the integrator.  Your clients will immediately see the increased service level from the monitoring center and first responders response time.
