The New Foster Care and Families Candidate Forum 

Michigan's Children and The New Foster Care are working to facilitate discussions to create a more informed voter. Unfortunately, the current political landscape does not always afford candidates the time to talk about the many issues that matter to children and families involved in the foster care system. To give candidates a forum to address these issues, we are conducting this forum led by youth (and those who care about them) asking the important questions about foster care. The forum will invite both statewide and local candidates. This forum is presented as a non-partisan activity. Please join us! 

In addition to Michigan's Children and The New Foster Care, this forum is also supported by Oakland University, Wayne State University, Judson Center, Fostering Success Michigan, Bethany Christian Services, Michigan Federation for Children and Families, Vista Maria and multiple other organizations.
