NYS Sexual Harassment Training
In just weeks, employers in New York State must comply with new regulations to combat sexual harassment in the workplace. The Cayuga County Chamber is partnering with the Cayuga County Office of Tourism to bring you this free training seminar.
Effective October 9, all employers, regardless of size, must do the following:
- Have a policy regarding sexual harrassment that is compliant with the new regulations
- Complete training for all employees in accordance with the new guidelines by year-end
- Facilitate training for new employees within 30 days of their start date
- Establish annual sexual harassment training for all employees
