Jared is a business-minded attorney with over ten years of experience as a commercial litigator and compliance/transactional lawyer. Because of a unique, small firm practice as a litigator and transactional lawyer, I provide clients creative strategies and solutions in litigation and the eye of a litigator in transactions.
Adam Hardy - Tax Changes and How They Affect Investors
Adam has been a real estate investor for 12 years. He currently owns and manages rental properties in the Twin Cities and Iowa. In August 2015, he left his day job as a CPA doing taxes to pursue real estate full time and be a consultant to other investors.
The youngest of five O’Neill siblings, Ryan grew up in New Prague, Minnesota and went on to graduate from the University of Notre Dame in 1997. As the founder and leader of The Minnesota Real Estate Team, Ryan began his real estate career after purchasing a duplex in 2003 with an emphasis on investment property. Over the years, Ryan is honored to have worked with so many outstanding clients from around the entire Twin Cities area in all types of real estate transactions. Currently, as the Broker and Sales Manager for the team, Ryan enjoys working with team members to ensure each and every client has a positive and successful experience when working with The Minnesota Real Estate Team.
Nate Armstrong - Creating Turn Key Rentals to Sell
Nate Armstrong is a Milwaukee-based entrepreneur and the co-founder of Home Invest. He is also the Investor Relations Chair for the company. Prior to establishing his own brand, he was a full-time real estate professional who operated in multiple states. This experience helped him attain many important skills that a successful businessman must have. Now he works with students from all over the nation in order to transfer those skills. So far, Nate Armstrong of Home Invest has helped more than 800 people through his coaching. His other notable experience involves a management role with Target that he held for many years. Outside of his real estate ventures, he often spends time with his family.
Sean Blomquist has a passion for helping his clients make money. He got started in this business with a sales and marketing degree from Duluth Business University. With a background in Architecture and construction, he has built and remodeled several homes. After working at US Bank as an Account Manager to Fortune 500 companies, he joined the Pine Financial Group team as their inspector in 2012 and became a full time originator in January 2013. He has been involved in over 400 deals as either an investor, inspector or lender.
Kevin Amolsch formed Pine Financial Group, Inc in October 2008 after leaving a small mortgage company as the senior loan officer for residential lending. Kevin has a degree in Finance which he obtained after serving four years in the US Army. Kevin started out in banking, working at First Bank in the lending department while in school. From there he started his first real estate investment company, which is still active today. He and his companies have closed on over 1,100 transactions as a buyer, seller or private money lender. Kevin and Pine Financial Group, Inc have access to over $55 million in private equity and the business continues to see strong growth.
After college Kevin spent two years working with Wall Street as a mortgage bond analyst before leaving to work as a loan officer with real estate investors full time. He has spent more than 14 years as a real estate investor and 10 years in real estate lending. He is the author of 45-Day Investor and frequent speaker and has been quoted in The Las Vegas Review Journal, The Denver Post, Yahoo Real Estate and several smaller publications and blogs.
