Cheesemaking 101 with Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn Dairy Farm - Thursday, October 18th - 6:00-8:30pm
Melody Reynolds of Reynolds Barn Dairy Farm will teach this fun, hands on class. Learn how to make a simple farm cheese from staple items in your refrigerator and cupboard! Melody will then show us how to shape, press and flavor this cheese to create several different varieties that we will enjoy in dishes that we prepare together. We will taste everything we make with complimentary wines. Class Menu: Gougeres (French cheese puffs), Caramelized Garlic & Farm Cheese Tart, Paneer Butter Masala (pressed cheese simmered with an Indian style tomato based sauce).
