This included helping get a 180 seat SCALE UP (Student-Centered Active Learning Environment for Undergraduate Programs) room on campus and providing the faculty development necessary for a successful transition into such an active-learning focused space.
Dr. Goodwin took on the Dean role for the School of Environmental and Natural Resources Sciences at the Frost campus of Fleming College in May, 2017. Since then he has been working with a diverse and dedicated group of faculty, technicians, and staff at this unique school focusing on career preparation and applied research in the environmental fields.
