The Healthy Back, Happy Body workshop has been developed for non-specific, yet persistent common variety back strain This kind of pain comes from sitting, weak low back muscles, weak abdominal girdle, general tightness and tension. This is a gentle, therapeutic orientation to movement for lower back pain.
In this series, you will learn techniques to:
Cost is $175 per person or $300 per couple. Fee includes an eye pillow, book (shared book for couples), tennis ball, and a great DVD. Each participant will be able to piece together a practice that is unique to them, with Laurel's help. The class is limited to 10 participants. You will receive written materials, including a health assessment upon registration.
