This class is designed to honor you, the REALTOR®. Stop working for free. After attending this class you will have a complete understanding of how to successfully negotiate and articulate the Exclusive Buyer Service Agreement. With this knowledge you will obtain more written commitments from buyer(s) and realize more sales. Cheryle will detail how to articulate your value to the consumer and the importance of having their own representation. She will also show a step-by-step procedure of how seamless it can be to get those commitments in writing.
