Vision Quest Doctor, Staff and Guest Registration 

The Board of Directors of the TSO Network of Independent Optometrists welcomes you at Vision Quest 2019, TSO’s annual education conference in Lost Pines, Texas.

Nestled on 400 acres along the banks of the lower Colorado River, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is a perfect getaway in Texas just 23 miles from Austin. 

The 2019 conference will focus on quality education for doctors and staff and an exhibit hall that will offer attendees an opportunity to preview and purchase the latest product in eye wear and advanced diagnostic technology.

Listed below is FAQs and LODGING INFORMATION.

VISION QUEST FAQs

1. Is TSO Network providing a free day on Wednesday, June 19, 2019? NO. The Vision Quest Conference dates of June 16-18, 2019 were designed to allow offices return to their offices sooner. 
2. When will the continuing education courses be announced? Announcements will be made early 2019.
3. Will TSO be providing transportation to and from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport? Yes, transportation vouchers will be distributed in May 2019.

LODGING INFORMATION 

Please carefully read the requirements for room reservations below, as the procedures have changed.

1. Upon the FIRST registration completion per office, the TSO Network Office will place TWO rooms on hold at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort in the DOCTOR SHAREHOLDER’S NAME (not the staff member or guest) for the dates of June 16-18,2019. 
2. No action will be needed by the office to reserve these rooms.Unless requested otherwise, one king bed room and one double bed room will be reserved per office. All rooms are based on a first registered, first reserved basis.
3. If an office requires more than TWO ROOMS to be reserved during or outside of the conference dates of June 16-18, 2019, those reservations will be the responsibility of the individual office. TSO Network will not be responsible for reserving any additional rooms for the Vision Quest Conference. 
4. All rooms, whether reserved by the TSO Network or individual TSO office will be based on a first registered, first reserved basis. King beds are not guaranteed. 
5. The reservation block will close on Friday, May 10, 2019. No reservations will be accepted after this day.  

 LODGING FAQs

1. Are there any restrictions if I would like to upgrade my room? NO. All room upgrades above the TSO Network room rate are the responsibility of the individual. Contact Hyatt Regency Lost Pines at (512) 308-1234 and inform them you are on the TSO Doctors Block when making your upgrades. Use code “G-TSSO”.
2. TSO Network will not be offering an additional night on Wednesday, June 19 as a free day. Can we book our own rooms for before or after the conference dates? YES. Contact Hyatt Regency Lost Pines at (512) 308-1234 and inform them you are on the TSO Doctors Block when making your reservation. All additional room nights outside the conference dates of June 16-18, 2019 are the responsibility of the individual. Reservation deadline is May 10, 2019. Use code “G-TSSO”.
3. Our shareholder doctor will not be in attendance at the conference. Can we add office attendee names to the room reservation? YES. TSO Network can provide reservation confirmation numbers. Please call Hyatt Regency Lost Pines at (512) 308-1234 and inform them you are on the TSO Doctors Block when adjusting your reservation.
4. Do we have to use a credit card to reserve additional rooms? YES. All room reservations will require a credit card to hold the reservation. You can pay with a different form of payment at checkout. 
5. We are going to register one person from our office now and another person potentially at a later date. Do we need to request room reservations twice? NO. Upon completion of the FIRST registration per office, TSO Network Office will automatically reserve two rooms for the office.
6.  Who do we contact if we need to adjust our TSO Network provided reservation? Email Robin Oloyede at Robin@tso.com.  
7. We need to cancel a room. Who do we contact and when is the cancellation deadline?  Email Robin Oloyede at Robin@tso.com. Cancellation deadline is May 10, 2019. Any cancellations after this date may be subject to payment by the office.
