Quarterly EXCOM Meeting

November 3, 2018

The AFA Virginia Quarterly EXCOM Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield, VA.  There will be a hospitality social in the hotel lobby for guest on Friday and Saturday evening (5:30-7:30) provided by the hotel for all registered guests.

A one day business meeting on Saturday starting at 8 AM.  A working lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.  Lunch is included in your $30.00 registration.

A no-host dinner at the Yard House, Springfield Mall will be at 7 PM on Saturday.  The mall is about a 5 minute drive but parking is a challenge.  If you drive please plan for about 15 minutes to find parking.  Parking is free and valet parking is available.  There is a hotel van available to schedule for dropoff and pickup but seating is limited to about 7 hotel guests.

  • 1200 - 1300 – Working Lunch, Hunter Ballroom, Salon A

  • 1300 - 1630 - Hunter Ballroom, Salon A - AFA VA State Business Meeting

  • 1730 - 1930 - Hotel reception

  • 1900 - 2100 - No-Host Dinner at the Yard House, Sprinfield Mall

  • Sunday, November 4

  • Check out and hotel breakfast
