3 Weeks Experimenting w/ Eggs & a Friendly Cooking Competition on 11/19
Cooking is always a creative experiment, or at least it should be. In this practical, hands-on cooking and baking class we’ll be working with that elusive ingredient that professional Chefs spend a lifetime perfecting - Eggs! How interesting can eggs be? Really, really interesting, believe me! They add color, loft, sheen and bind ingredients together - think pasta, meringue, pie crust and meatloaf. They can be sweet or savory - think creme brûlée and ice cream or quiche and pad thai. We’ll cook and bake 3 - 5 recipes in every class and learn to critically think about how eggs play an important part in each one. No prior kitchen experience necessary just a curious mind and interest in cooking, baking and eating.
Please Note: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our cooking club classes.
*Must have at least 8 registered to hold each class so invite all of your child’s foodie friends to join the fun!
