The 2019 West Virginia Annual Conference Session

Registration and definitions:
The following definitions, or categories, will help guide you through your online registration experience.
Lay Members: Elected by charges, required by discipline or conference rules equalization formula.
Clergy Members: Full, Provisional, Affiliate and Associate Members, effective and retired; Licensed Full-time and Part-time Local Pastors Serving a Charge in the 2018-2019 conference year.
Others: Assigned Supply Pastors, Retired Local Pastors not serving charges; Spouses or Family members; alternate lay members from charges; visitors to conference.
If you have questions about whether or not you are a member of conference, please contact the Conference Secretary (800-788-3746, ext. 23).
* Retired Local Pastors not serving a charge may request a Conference Workbook while supplies last or print a copy at the above link after April 15, 2019.
Before you register:
Note that there are three different registrations (modules):1. Conference Registration
2. West Virginia Wesleyan Housing
3. Children’s Conference
You will only be able to register once per registration module. If you need to register multiple people for conference, a separate unique email for each registration will be required. You will be able to add ONE non-member guest to each member registration.
Campus Housing is provided by West Virginia Wesleyan College.
The housing link found at the bottom of the page will direct you to the housing registration site. Please note, registering for housing does not register you for Annual Conference.
Holloway, Benedum, and Jenkins
(Holloway has an elevator)
double rooms are $21.20 per bed single rooms are $26.50
Fleming and Dunn Hall
(air-conditioned & elevator; suite-style bathrooms)
double rooms are $31.80 per bed single rooms are $42.40
Doney Hall
(mainly single rooms) (air-conditioned) – NO elevator
double rooms are $31.80 per bed single rooms are $37.10
McCuskey – Youth Wing
(no charge for Annual Conference youth members and pages)
Off Campus Housing is available at various locations in Buckhannon and the surrounding area. A recommendations list is available by clicking on the picture.
