 PROGRAM

 Topic: "The Atlas-Repurposing a downtown Creighton University hospital into a modern residential living space"  

 The Atlas Apartments embody timeless, modern design for a luxury urban lifestyle. World travel inspired, residents enjoy the welcoming metro environment and first class service provided by The Atlas Apartments in the heart of Omaha. The 732 apartment complex features unparalleled views of the Omaha skyline, making The Atlas an ideal place for residents with active downtown social lives. Amenities include pools, fitness center, sports courts, theatre, meeting rooms, and many community areas to relax. The Atlas will also feature commercial space that will be home to a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and hair salon. Perfectly walkable, residents also enjoy easy access to Midtown's eateries and community friendly destinations as well as direct bridge access to Creighton's campus.

The Atlas is currently under construction with an estimated completion of July 2019. The project is being completed in two phases. Phase 1 was completed August 2018 and contains 227 apartments and all the amenities listed above. Phase 2 contains 505 more apartments. Currently the Atlas is home to 365 tenants with the population increasing as more units are brought online. When the project is complete, The Atlas will be one of the largest single structure apartment complexes in the Midwest.
