Course Description: Scott Hamling will cover how to provide an appropriate appraisal packet, what can and cannot be said per Dodd-Frank guidelines, and how to handle a request for reconsideration of value. In addition, attendees will learn about the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Collateral Underwriter System.

Instructor: Scott Hamling, VP of Appraisal Operations for Cherry Creek Mortgage can tell you everything about the appraisal process. Prior to joining Cherry Creek, Scott owned and operated his own real estate appraisal business for 24 years, and became an expert witness testifying in court on appraisal and real estate issues.
