Course Description: What does an appraisal acutally say? In this course you will learn what and how to use the information to contest a low value. This class will also cover key aspects of an appraisal that can raise red flags.

Instructor: Scott Hamling, VP of Appraisal Operations for Cherry Creek Mortgage can tell you everything about the appraisal process. Prior to joining Cherry Creek, Scott owned and operated his own real estate appraisal business for 24 years, and became an expert witness testifying in court on appraisal and real estate issues.
