Retention in a Tight Labour Market 

Growing a successful business today can be constrained by its ability to find, develop and retain great people.  British Columbia is experiencing a significant labour shortage which will continue well into the 2020s.  According to BDC, this is not just a BC issue; 40% of SMEs are currently having trouble filling roles, and Canadian labour force growth is slowing to near zero over the next decade.
