Council on Quality and Leadership Network Accreditation Overview for Providers- Eastern Shore

Join us for a brief, high-level overview of the Council on Quality and Leadership's (CQL) tools and processes which will be used to move the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) toward CQL Network Accreditation. CQL Network Accreditation includes validation of the presence of basic assurance systems for health, safety and human security; a focus on the delivery of person-centered services and supports; assessments of current status of quality of life and quality of service with a variety of organizational performance metrics; and ongoing support for quality improvement and statewide quality management.
