Our five day event is designed to help reduce stress, improve fitness and vitality and most importantly take time for yourself.

Perfect for all levels from beginner to advanced practitioners, we are here to support you and your goals every step of the way. The diverse schedule is designed in a format that allows you to do it all and still have ample time for additional more personalised Pilates Equipment Sessions, spa treatments and Island exploration. Or be more selective and just relax– we know it’s your holiday, you decide. An Island tour organsied either the day before the event or after depending on your flight schedule

Kefalonia

The largest island of the Ionian Sea, Kefalonia is a very charming place. Although it has developed over the last years as a family destination, beach places in Kefalonia island never get crowded due to the large size of the island. Mostly famous for the exotic beaches, including Myrtos, Antisamos, Lourdas and Skala, the island waschosen for filming the Hollywood movie Captain Corelli's Mandolin.
