SCORE Boston Workshop

Will Your Business Idea Make a Good Business?

Everyone who thinks about starting a business believes she has a great idea. But does your idea have real potential to become a successful business? Will this business be worth all the time and effort you will pour into it? Will it eventually be able to support you (and your employees)?

This free workshop will walk you through the key questions that will help you evaluate whether your idea is worth putting your heart, soul, and time into. It will help you face the realities that come into play in most new businesses as they start and grow.

This workshop is co-sponsored by SCORE Boston and the Harvard Ed Portal and is presented by Jim Williams. Jim is a certified SCORE business counselor. Jim retired from a 35-year career in commercial banking. Most recently, he was President of a banking consulting firm. Jim knows what helps business ideas turn into successful businesses and what to look for in avoiding failure.
