The time for giving is upon us! This hands-on workshop is right in time for little gifts of your own home made small batch jams. Learn to make jewel-like jams in little jars to gift or serve at your own holiday table. Pam will teach us how to make Ginger-Pear Jam and Pomegranate Jelly. Take away two jars packaged for giving and the confidence to DIY!
Pam Lillis is a Master Food Preserver, Cooking Instructor and Certified Nutritional Health Coach. Pam was awarded the designation of Master Food Preserver through the Cornell University Extension Service based in Ithaca, New York.
