Continuing Education This program has been submitted to the National Association for Healthcare Quality for 6.5 CPHQ continuing education hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received more than 10 days prior to the dates of the program will be completely refunded. Cancellations received after that time will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee.
