These two classes will precede the Bhakti Yoga weekend course with Dr. Robert Svoboda, registration is separate for the Bhakti Yoga course and IDS students will be offered a discounted lectures-only price.

IDS Advanced Studies 2019

We will study the Asana-angahara 2 practices in concert with Nrtta Sadhana and preliminary yoga mudra practices. IDS Advanced Studies will meet 3 times during the winter/spring of 2019. All of the weekend courses will follow optional week-long morning intensives in Berkeley.
Course requirements: Knowledge of Nrtta Sadhana and Angahara 1
