Authentic Learning in the Workplace:

Upskilling Employees

Join us on November 2 from 11:30am-1pm for “Authentic Learning in the Workplace: Upskilling Employees.” At this lunch session, we will explore how organizations align learning and development to their business objectives and organizational culture. Learn how companies set strategies and leverage human capital to improve their organizational effectiveness at an individual, team, organizational, and industry level.

Dr. Rashid Mosley, assistant teaching professor at Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Education, will lead the discussion. As a scholar-practitioner of organizational studies, Dr. Mosley is not only a lead faculty member, but he is also the CEO & President of DRRA Consulting, LLC, a change management consulting firm. He has more than 20 years of experience providing practical solutions to organizations.

Hosted by Dr. Cheryl Richards, CEO and Regional Dean of Northeastern University–Charlotte.

This event is free to attend, but registration is required. Lunch is provided.
