Make plans to attend the 2019 TEAM Conference on Wednesday, March 13, through Friday, March 15.  This year's event will be held at the Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center located at 415 North State Highway 265, Branson, Missouri.

The 2019 TEAM conference will officially begin on Wednesday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. and end on Friday, March 15 at 11:30 a.m. 

There will only be 52 booth spaces available this year in the Exhibit Hall, so register early to get your spot!  Click here for a layout of the exhibit hall.  Click here for a map of the Chateau on the Lake.

The conference will once again start on Wednesday to allow for more networking opportunities, additional benefits include:

• Set-up Wednesday morning
• Welcome receptions on both Wednesday and Thursday night for all conference attendees!
• Workshops included in the price of registration
• No increase in booth cost this year

Exhibitor Registration Rates
Non-Profit Exhibit Booth:  $250
Early Bird Exhibit Booth:  $450 (must register by February 1, 2019 to be eligible)
Regular Exhibit Booth:  $550 (for registrations received after February 1, 2019)

The on-site hotel, Chateau on the Lake, is currently sold out.  You may still contact the Chateau by phone and request to be put on the waiting list, if rooms become available.  As an alternative, overflow lodging is available at the Welk Resort, which is near the conference venue.

Please note: Morning and evening shuttle service will be available to/from the Welk and Chateau for those attendees staying off site. Complimentary surface parking or paid garage parking will also be available at the Chateau for attendees staying at the Welk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after February 15, 2019, will not be refunded.  Registrations may be transferred up until the day of the conference.
