Local Airport:

Fly into Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM). The airport is 5 miles from the Sheraton.

Accommodations:

Sheraton Birmingham is our host hotel. They have given us a $120 a night sleeping room rate (plus taxes).

How to Reserve Your Sleeping Room:

The Sheraton on line registration page is the easiest why to reserve your sleeping room; please follow this link to the Sheraton website.

Ground Transportation:

The Sheraton Birmingham offers complementary shuttle service for their guests between the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and the Sheraton hotel. Travel time is 10 minutes. Once you have reserved your sleeping room, please call the Sheraton to schedule your shuttle pick-up.

Suggested Travel Times:

All attendees should arrive prior to the 6 February 9:00 am start time. The conference finale is 6:00 pm Thursday, 7 February. Be sure to book your return flight accordingly.

Reminder: If you are staying at the Sheraton, they offer a free Airport shuttle service to the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM).
