Information about our Panelists:
Megan Bishop: Megan Bishop is the Vice President of Finance & Accounting for Comcast’s Oregon & SW Washington Region. In this role, Megan oversees the finance, accounting, capital, business assurance, supply chain, and facilities teams for the region.
Jessie Broussard: Jessie Broussard joined Comcast Spotlight in 2013 with extensive experience in cable media and marketing strategy, with an emphasis in new media. As senior director of sales marketing for Comcast Spotlight, she leads a team of marketing professionals across the country, developing impactful and creative advertising campaigns for Comcast Spotlight clients, utilizing a custom array of afforded products and network partnerships.
Prior to joining Comcast Spotlight, Jessie worked as a digital media consultant and marketing strategist for Cox Media, as well as an interactive public relations strategist for a New Orleans-based advertising agency, where she managed integrated marketing, social media and SEO campaigns for clients ranging from automotive to government services to educational institutions. A writer in her free time, Jessie also has more than 12 years of communications and copywriting experience across the media, publishing and advertising industries.
Amanda Field: Amanda Field currently serves as Vice President- Resi Direct Sales, West Division for Charter Communications. Amanda began in the industry over 20 years ago as a marketing specialist for InterMedia Cable in Nashville, TN. During the course of her career she has held sales, sales operations and marketing positions, with various companies including Comcast and Insight Communications. Amanda is currently based out of Dallas, Texas.
Vicki Flowers: Vicki Flowers joined Comcast in February 2015 as Vice President, Sales Center of Excellence where she oversees over 1500 employees in our three Inbound Sales Call Centers. Vicki is a 25 year veteran of the Cable and Communications industries, having served in Sales leadership positions at several top MSOs in the US and Canada.
She is known for her high energy and passion for employees and the customers they serve. She fosters an environment of trust, empowerment and ultimately a culture of over-the-top performance as evidenced by the years of record setting Sales COE performance.
Doug George: Doug George is a 25 year veteran of the cable industry – his 3rd and final career – and has held positions in marketing, affiliate ad sales and distribution at MTV Networks/Viacom, Scripps Networks and now Turner Content Distribution where he is responsible for the business relationships between Turner and all distributors in the Midwest and West.
Prior to the cable industry, Doug worked in data processing and then spent 8 years in television production in Los Angeles and he began his cable stint after moving back to Atlanta in 1992 to be closer to family. Doug has occupied board positions on various chapters of CTAM, NAMIC, Cable Positive and WICT and is currently a board advisor for the WICT Pacific Northwest chapter. Mentoring women and men has always been important to Doug and his work with the WICT Carolinas chapter led to him being honored with the 2014 WICT Carolinas “Champion” Award. Doug is also a 2012 inductee into the Virginia Cable Telecommunications Hall of Fame.
Danielle Wade: Danielle Wade is the Area Vice President of Field Operations for the Pacific Northwest area of Charter Communications. In her role, she is responsible for all field-related activity including fulfillment, maintenance, construction and dispatch and work force management for three states including Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
