 VAC Luncheon - Tuesday Nov 13, 2018

Mark Turner
President & CEO, Gilroy Chamber of Commerce
The consequences of the Nov 2018 Elections
on Local Politics, Local Business and Commerce

By the time we meet, the Nov 2018 Elections will be over, the writing will be on the wall. What will become of California? What are the consequences of our choices going to be? Mark will disassemble and discuss both the political and commercial consequences as well us bring us upto speed on the current business climate in California and the Bay area. He will also discuss the challenges business owners are and will be facing, from both Government regulations and liberal attitudes.

Message from the VAC President:

Whatever the November results maybe, just remember this -  there are probably over 8M Christians in California (out of a population of 39M), yet statistics indicate that maybe 6M of them do NOT vote. That means the results of the 2018 Elections will be purely the fault or the blessings of Christians. So whatever you do between now and then, make sure you, get a fellow Christian who does not vote, to vote and to vote for Godly values.

It's a lot easier to get a person who does not vote but agrees with your values to vote for Godly men and women, than it is for you to get a person who does vote but disagrees with your values to change and vote for Godly men and women.

Focus on what works and is easier. Take a friend to the polls (Make sure they are registered - last day to register is Oct 22nd, use this link below):
