TOPIC: Divorce and Tax Cuts and Jobs Act

Seminar Description: 

Divorce poses many interesting and complicated questions for the tax preparer. Understand the implications of alimony agreements executed in 2018 and 2019. Help your clients who are divorced or divorcing navigate the tax implications  of their divorce including alimony and child support, sale of the marital home, the marital property settlement, and more.
