Once again we will prepare for the Advent season with a time of fun and fellowship on Sunday, Nov. 25.
We will gather in the Atrium for a lunch of home-made tamales immediately following worship. After the meal everyone is invited to participate in making decorations (Chrismons) and hanging them on the Chrismon Tree, putting together an Advent wreath kit to take home, making and signing cards for children in our Beca program in El Salvador and learning about “Oils of the Bible.” We will sing carols and ring bells and get ready for Advent.
Everyone is invited to participate, childcare is provided (but the activities are child friendly). Lunch is being catered by our friends at Christ’s Foundry.
The cost is $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12. We need anyone who is joining us for lunch to please sign up at either the Welcome Center or online to ensure enough tamales are ordered. Thanks!
