Registration Opens: Nov. 1st

Registration Closes: Jan. 25th (No on-site registration due to lodging and meal arrangements.)

Registration Fee: $99 per Pathfinder/Adventurer, which includes training, materials, lodging and meals. The registration fee for chaperones is $60 per chaperone which includes lodging and meals only.

Pathfinders/Adventurers are asked to pay $33 each for registration; sponsoring churches are asked to pay $66 per Pathfinder/Adventurer for registration

Note: A total of $99 MUST BE PAID UP FRONT in order to be registered.

Sponsoring churches will be reimbursed $33 for each Pathfinder/Adventurer when the following is fulfilled:

The Club Director or other approved staff completes an online report (Due by Nov. 30, 2019) indicating the praticipation of the Pathfinder/Adventurer in the evangelism outreach of their sponsoring church.

Meals Provided:

  • Saturday (Breakfast, Lunch and Supper) and Sunday (Breakfast)

Lodging:

  • Please bring linens. No linens provided by Pine Lake Retreate.

Schedule: Will be emailed to registrants/posted once confirmed.

Chaperone Requirements:

  • Must be 18 yrs old or older
  • Must have completed their online training for STV or VV ncsrisk.org/adventist 
  • Background check must have come back as cleared a week prior to coming to the event or will be told to return home.
  • 1 Female Chaperone for every 7 Female Pathfinders per club.
  • 1 Male Chaperone for every 7 Male Pathfinders per club.
  • Adventurers must be chaperoned by one of their own parents (We are asking for ONLY one parent per family due to limited housing capacity).

Check-In:

Check in starts Feb 15 at 6 pm

This is a closed event, no one is allowed to attend without being pre-registered. 

No on-site registration due to lodging and meal arrangments.

No refunds. Clubs may transfer registrations to someone only for this event, but that is a club to club transaction which does not involve the conference office. 

 

Drivers:

All drivers MUST fill out and turn in the Volunteer Driver Form to their club director. 

All drivers, driving children other than their own, must have $100,000/$300,000 auto insurance policy and a PIP of no less than $10,000.


Registration will close Friday, January 25th at Midnight

If paying by check, please make check payable to Florida Conference. Payment must be received by WED.,FEB. 6TH To be considered registered.
