UNDERSTANDING THE EMPATH WITHIN

Empathy is the ability to emotionally perceive and resonate with others. Empaths are able to scan another's psyche for thoughts and feelings or for past, present, and future life occurrences. Most empaths are unaware of how their gift actually works and rather just acknowledge their extraordinary sensitivity to others. 

The stress of perceiving the emotions of other people and receiving information on a continual basis is often too much to handle, almost unbearable —being driven by deep and misunderstood inner forces doesn't help either. Lack of knoweledge about these gifts and how to use them in a healthy way can result in boundary issues, anxiety, depression, physical stress, energetic and emotional depletion.

But being an Empath does not have to be that pathological or melodramatic. In this workshop you will learn the proper techniques for managing this wonderful gift...
